Erieve Development Update
Hello beautiful! As always, I am so so thankful for your support, it means so much to me that you are here. Let’s get into the tea, shall we?
Developing the Erieve breast pump has been an incredible experience, and I can finally feel momentum under my feet as things progress. It has made me grow as a person and learn at a super accelerated speed, which has been an exciting challenge.
Over the past week we have hit some great milestones:
We hit 200 followers on our Instagram page!
This is a crazy milestone for me, as it tells me that at least 200 people are interested in following my journey, from mom to entrepreneur. It is even more impactful because I haven’t even discussed what makes my breast pump so different than any other–you all are here with me regardless of that. That’s truly special to me.
Remember, getting the word out about our Instagram (@erievepump) and this waitlist/newsletter is the absolute best way to support us, and it’s totally free to do so!
Our patent is in the works!
Yesterday, I spoke with my attorney and finally got the process of protecting my innovations with a non-provisional patent. I absolutely cannot WAIT until I am able to share details with you all! It has been so difficult, because I know it will blow your minds. Just know, as soon as I am able to, you will be the first to be filled in on the amazing things we are working on.
Phase 1 of Development…
…IS COMPLETE!!! WOOO!!!
That means that Erieve is actually emerging out of the concept phase, that’s INSANE. What was once just an idea in my head turned into words in a Google Doc, then into sketches, and then into 3D models… the next step is to develop it into a physical prototype. What was once just an idea in my head, will be able to be held in my hands in the near future.
Stay tuned.
We are heading into a very exciting stage of development, though it is treacherous. Ahead, we will be developing prototypes, early testing and refining our pump based on your feedback, and tackling FDA clearances… (yikes).
That’s just the start, so buckle up, buttercup & see ya soon!
